我校本科护生职业价值观及其影响因素 被引量:2

Vocational values and its influence factors of undergraduate nurse students in our school

摘要 目的调查分析我校本科护理专业学生,特别是不同生源和是否为独生子女学生的职业价值观,从而为护理教育和人员招聘提供参考。方法采用宁维卫修订的Super职业价值观量表,对我校70名护理本科生进行调查,并按不同生源和是否为独生子女做职业价值观分析。结果70名护理本科生15个职业价值尺度重视程度排在前三位的依次是:同事关系、生活方式、利他主义,最后是安全性。在不同生源是否为独生子女这两个背景下,农牧区高护生比城市更重视安全性、生活方式和成就;而城市高护生比农牧区更重视智力激发、利他主义、变动性、独立性、同事关系和监督关系,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。独生子女比非独生子女更重视声誉;而非独生子女比独生子女更重视经济报酬、美感以及成就,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论我校护理本科生职业价值重视程度不同;来源予城市和农牧区,是否为独生子女学生的价值取向亦不相同,建议对学生的职业价值观予以正面引导和合理干预。 Objective To study the vocational values of undergraduate nurse students, especially different origins students and only -child students , so as to provide references about nursing education. Methods Super vocational values scale amended by Ning Wei - wei was conducted on 70 undergraduate nurse students in our school to analyze vocational values according to different origins students and whether the only - child or not. Results Colleague relationships, lifestyle, altruism were top three in 15 vocational value mensures of 70 nursing students, and the final was the security. Whether students in a different context of child both agricultural and pastoral areas paid more attention to security than urban nursing students. The city nursing students paid more attention on lifestyle and achievements than on the intellectual and pastoral areas stimulated, altruism, change, independence and oversight relationship, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). Child paid more attention on financial rewards, sense of beamy and achievement, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusions The value of our school vocational nursing students is different; from urban and pastoral areas, whether the child is not the same value orientation, the proposed professional values of nursing students to face guidance and reasonable intervention.
