对我院护士继续教育认知和需求的调查分析 被引量:17

摘要 目的了解临床护士对继续教育的态度和课程的需求。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对158名在职临床护士进行继续教育态度和课程需求的问卷调查。结果 86.10%护士认为有必要开展继续教育。不同年龄、职称和工作年限的护士对继续教育必要性的认知比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);最希望的继续教育途径是短期业务培训;排在前3位的需求是专科知识、传染病知识和护理行为相关法律法规。结论继续教育管理者应针对不同年龄、职称、工作年限护士的特点制订相应的继续教育培训计划和有效的实施措施,采取多种培训途径有针对性地满足各层次临床护士的继续教育需求。 Objective To investigate nurses' attitudes to continuing education and their training demands.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 158 in-service nurses' attitudes to continuing education and their training demands in Quanzhou Guangqian Hospital.Results The results showed that 86.1 percent of the nurses considered it necessary to carry out continuing education.The nurses with different ages,professional titles and years of work experience had different cognition on continuing education(P〈0.05);112 nurses(70.89 percent) hoped that continuing education should be a short-term training;the demands for specialist knowledge,knowledge of infectious disease and nursing-related laws and regulations occupied the first three places.Conclusion Nursing administrators should make continuing education plans and implement effective measures according to nurses' ages,professional titles and work experience,adopt a variety of training methods to meet nurses' different demands for continuing education.
