离子液体负载型人造沸石的制备研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用物理浸渍法将室温离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐负载到无机多孔材料人造沸石上,研究了分散溶剂的种类、离子液体加入量、振荡反应时间、振荡强度等条件对离子液体负载率的影响,并采用SEM、EDX和XRD的方法对离子液体负载型人造沸石进行表征。研究结果表明:采用浸渍振荡法负载离子液体时,以二氯甲烷为分散溶剂、离子液体与人造沸石质量比为1:3、振荡反应时间为12 h时离子液体在人造沸石上的负载率可达到最大值,接近70%;采用浸渍超声波负载离子液体时,超声波功率达到100%时负载反应时间大大减少至1 h,负载率为78.1%。 Ionic liquids 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate was loaded in inorganic porous material zeolite using physical impregnation,effects of different dispersing solvent,adding amount of ionic liquid,reacting time and oscillation intensity were studied.The composite materials were characterized by SEM,EDX and XRD.Results showed that ionic liquid loading rate was close to 70% with dichloromethane as the dispersion solvent under the conditions of amount ratio of ionic liquid and zeolite 1:3,reacting time 12 h by impregnation-oscillation.The reacting time reduced to 1 h when ultrasonic power was 100%.
