摘要
采用静态吸附的方法考查了吸附时间、温度、Ca2+浓度、吸附剂浓度和振荡强度等因素对高岭土吸附Ca2+的影响,研究了Ca2+在粘土颗粒表面的吸附特性。研究表明:高岭土对的Ca2+吸附过程分2个阶段,快速吸附和缓慢吸附,并且随温度的升高吸附平衡时间缩短;该吸附过程的最适温度在20℃左右;随吸附剂浓度升高,平衡吸附量减小,直至达到平衡;实验范围内,随振荡速度增大,平衡吸附量增加。
The adsorption properties of calcium ions on kaolin under the influences of adsorption time,temperature,calcium ions concentration,adsorbent concentration,and surging intensity were studied by static experiments. The result indicates that the adsorption process was departed into two stages ,rapid and slow adsorptions,and the adsorption equilibrium time was shortened with the temperature rising; the optimum temperature of this process was around 20 ℃;the adsorption equilibrium capacity was reduced with the concentration of adsorbent rising,until up to an equilibrium; in the experimental context,the adsorption equilibrium capacity increases with the Rotate-speed rising.
