摘要
高职院校师生关系是否和谐直接影响到教育质量好坏和人才培养的水平。文章分析了目前高职院校师生关系的现状,从学校机制保障、教师行为转变和加强学生素质教育等方面对如何构建和谐师生关系进行了具体的阐述。
Whether vocational teacher-student relationship is harmonious or not directly affects the quality of education and training levels.The paper analyzes the current status of relations between teachers and students of vocational institutions,and gives specific descriptions of how to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students from mechanisms of protection from the school,teachers＇ behavior change and enhancement of the students＇ quality education.
