师范生与在职教师“正态分布”同课异构纪实与启示 被引量:2

摘要 1.引言 近几年来,一种新的教研活动形式——“同课异构”开始流行.什么是同课异构?不同的人有不同的理解,目前尚无统一的定义.例如,有人认为,所谓同课异构是指同一教学内容由不同的教师来上课,比较其对教材的分析、教学设计和教学风格的不同,达到相互学习的目的^[1].
