摘要
大工程观教育理念已经引起我国高等教育界的广泛关注和思考,它要求教育提供综合的知识背景,强调教学的实践性和培养学生的创造性。通过将大工程观思想引入到研究生教育中进行分析,找出了我国研究生教育在知识系统性、实践能力和创新性等方面存在的一些问题。然后从改革研究生招生制度、丰富培养模式和提高创新能力等角度,探讨了培养基础扎实、知识面宽、能力强、素质高、富有创新精神的研究生的具体思路。
The educational idea of large-scale engineering has aroused abroad attention and thought in Chinese higher education circle.It requires that education should provide comprehensive knowledge back-ground, emphasize on the practical aspects and cultivate the creativity of students. Through analyzing graduate education by using the idea of large-scale engineering, some problems have been found out in graduate education in our country, such as systemic aspects of knowledge, practical ability, innovation and etc. Then from angle of reforming enrolment system, enriching training mode, enhancing innovation capability, discussing new path to train graduate students with solid foundation and comprehensive knowledge, high level of competence, excellent diathesis and innovative spirit.
