摘要
目的探讨实施"护士岗位责任制"的方法与效果。方法选择骨科和消化内科两个病房实施"护士岗位责任制",选拔高级责任护士,要求责任护士管床包干,对所管患者的全部护理负责,并对其实施前后主要护理项目护理时数、患者满意度、陪护率进行比较。结果增加了对患者的生活护理、健康教育时间,缩短了治疗时间,提高了患者满意度,降低了陪护率,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施"护士岗位责任制"能够更好地落实护理职责,提高患者满意度和护理管理效率。
Objective To evaluate the effects of the nurse post responsibility model. Methods One orthopedics ward and one gastroenterology ward were enrolled to implement the nurse post responsibility model. Senior nurses were chosen as charge nurses. They were in charge of some beds and provided all nursing services for corresponding patients. The time for main nursing services, patients' satisfaction and accompanying rate were collected and compared before and after implememting the new model. Results The time for daily care and health education was increased and the time for therapy was reduced. The satisfaction degree of patients was increased and the accompanying rate was reduced. The differences were all statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Application of the nurse post responsibility model can implement the responsibility of nursing better, and improve patients satisfaction rate and nursing management efficiency.
