摘要
"少数民族高层次骨干人才培养计划"是国家为促进少数民族地区发展而提出的一项特殊政策,其对少数民族教育事业的发展有着重大意义。为了实现优秀少数民族高层次骨干人才硕士研究生的培养任务,达到巩固基础学习的目标,有必要探索出一合理有效的基础培训模式。本文根据少数民族高层次骨干人才硕士研究生的特点,分析了基础培训中的现状及其存在的问题,探讨了如何构建和完善少数民族高层次骨干人才硕士研究生培训模式。
The plan of training ethnic higher talents is a special policy of training ethnic higher talents for the development of ethic minority regions presented by the government.The policy has great significant to the development of cause of ethnic education.To fulfill the task of fostering ethnic higher talents of master degree and get the goal of consolidating basic learning,a basic training model is necessary to be explored.According to the characteristics of the ethnic higher talents,the article analysed the present status and issues in the basic training and probed into how to construct and perfect the training model of training ethnic higher talents at master degree.
