帕金森病患者的睡眠障碍 被引量：14

摘要 帕金森病（Parkinson’s disease，PD）通常根据典型的临床运动症状做出诊断，如静止性震颤、肌强直、运动迟缓、姿势步态异常等。近年来，PD非运动症状如睡眠障碍、感觉障碍、精神症状及自主神经系统紊乱症状等引起了广泛的重视。其中睡眠障碍不仅影响PD患者的生活质量，而且可能成为一种PD的早期症状出现在运动症状之前，应引起临床医生的充分注意。现就PD患者各种睡眠障碍类型归纳如下。
