摘要
我国电子书包工程起步较晚,虽然已经具备了较为成熟的技术,但是教育教学资源匮乏,缺乏政策引导与技术规范。公共图书馆具有丰富的教育教学资源、覆盖全社会的服务体系、无障碍的数字化学习环境,能够为电子书包工程的普及与推广提供有益的经验和有效的支持。因此,公共图书馆应加强与相关部门的沟通、协调,正确引导学生阅读,培养学生自主学习能力,为教师教学提供辅助服务,为学生和家长构筑共同成长的空间。
E-schoolbag project is started late in China, it has mature technologies, but lacks of teaching resources, policy introduction and technical specification. Public libraries have rich teaching resources, service system covering the whole society and barrier-free digital learning environment, all of which could provide useful reference and supports to the popularization and promotion of e-schoolbag project. Therefore, public libraries should strengthen the communication and coordination with related departments, orientate students' reading correctly, cultivate students' ability of self-learning, provide assistant services of teaching for teachers, and construct common growing space for both students and parents.
