摘要
文化振兴是乡村振兴的"根"与"魂",文化发展是主要标志是文化设施的建设,目前,在农村的文化设施相对比较完善,但由于种种原因限制,其功能发挥受到制约,本文公众图书馆引领基层百姓书房建设及运行着手,就如何盘活文化资源,助推乡村文化振兴进行浅析。
Cultural revitalization is the"root"and"soul"of rural revitalization.Cultural development is the main symbol and the construction of cultural facilities.At present,the cultural facilities in rural areas are relatively perfect,but their function is restricted due to various reasons.This paper starts with the construction and operation of grass-roots people’s study led by public libraries,and discusses how to revitalize cultural resources,boost the revitalization of rural culture.
