摘要
国家自然科学基金是我国支持基础研究的最主要的渠道之一,获得国家自然科学基金项目的能力已经成为衡量地区和科研机构基础研究力量的一项重要指标。本文基于2001—2010年10年间的国家自然科学基金立项信息,分析了我国基础研究力量的变化趋势。省、自治区、直辖市层面呈现均衡化发展趋势,而机构层面两极分化的趋势有可能加剧。
National Natural Science Funds （NNSF） is one of the most important channels through which China＇s basic research works are supported. The competitiveness on NNSF has become a very important measure of the scientific research level of the regions and research institutions. Based on the NNSF project information during 2001--2010, this paper analyzed the trends of China＇s basic research power. Our results suggest that there is an equalization trend on provincial level, while the polarization trend may be clearer on institutional level.
