摘要
目的探讨糖皮质激素治疗角膜葡萄膜炎的疗效并评价其安全性。方法对2002～2010年期间应用小量糖皮质激素治疗的86例角膜葡萄膜炎患者(102患眼),进行分析。结果应用激素治疗前后患者平均视力分别为0.45±0.120、.64±0.35,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗中无药物不良反应发生。结论应用小量糖皮质激素治疗角膜葡萄膜炎,可迅速控制炎症,安全性好。
Objective To explore the effect and safety of glucocorticasteroid in treatment of keratouveitis. Methods The data of eighty - six cases of keratouveitis treated with small dosage of glucocorticostereid during 2002 to 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results A total of 102 eyes in 86 patients with keratouveitis were included in this study,their average vision before and after treatment was 0.45 ± 0.12 and 0.64 ± 0. 35 respectively, and the difference was significant（ P 〈0.01）. There was no adverse reactions of drug occurred in these patients. Conclusion Small dosage of glucecorticosteroid in treatment of keratouveitis can quickly control the inflammation with safety.
