摘要
通过系统地对一些国家职业院校在校企合作过程中所发挥的作用和功能进行比较研究,发现国外职业院校作为校企合作中的重要一方,在校企合作过程中的定位与角色主要表现为:与企业密切合作,及时调整合作模式;专业设置紧贴市场需求;教学与课程适应企业需求;教师的聘任与培养借助企业完成;与企业共同提高实践性教学质量;与企业进行科研合作,等等。
Systematically comparing the role and function of vocational colleges in the process of cooperation between schools and enterprises in some countries,finding that as an important party in cooperation between schools and enterprises,the main performances for the orientation and role of foreign vocational colleges are： close cooperation with enterprises,and adjust cooperation mode in time;professional setting keep abreast of the market demand;teaching and courses meet the needs of enterprises;employing and cultivating teachers with help of enterprise;improve practical teaching quality with enterprises;cooperate with enterprises on the scientific research,etc.
