摘要
目的：观察健脾祛湿活血法中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法：选符合标准的该病患者60例,随机分为两组。治疗组予来氟米特合健脾祛湿活血法中药治疗;对照组仅予来氟米特。两组均治疗12周。结果：治疗组缓解6例,显效14例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%（95%C I=77.9%~99.8%）;对照组缓解4例,显效12例,有效8例,无效6例,总有效率80.0%（95%C I=61.4%~92.3%）;两组综合疗效比较（u=1.251 8,P=0.210 7）,差异未达显著性意义;可改善部分临床疗效指标。结论：健脾祛湿活血法中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效优于来氟米特的结论不确定,其收益为OR=0.29（95%C I=0.05~1.55）;NNT=8（95%C I=3.3~33.3）。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of method of invigorating spleen to dispel dampness and promote blood flow combined with western medicine on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 60 patients complying with a standard of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups. The cases in treatment group were treated with leflunomide combined with method of invigorating spleen to dispel dampness and promote blood flow, and the ones in control group were treated with only leflunomide. Both groups had been treated for 12 weeks. Results： The total effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group （95% CI = 77.9% - 99.8% ）, and 80. 0% in control group （95% CI = 61.4% - 92. 3% ）. There was not significant difference between the two groups, u = 1. 251 8, P = 0. 210 7）. Conclusion： Method of invigorating spleen to dispel dampness and promote blood flow is not better than only leflunomide, its earnings for the OR = 0. 29 （95% CI = 0.05 - 1.55） , NNT = 8 （95 % CI = 3.3 -33.3）.
