摘要
目的观察大鼠脊髓颈段前角运动神经元分布特征。方法取12只SD大鼠颈段和T1、T2脊髓横断面冰冻切片,用焦油紫和Pal-Weigert染色法染色。在显微镜下观察SD大鼠颈段脊髓的前角运动神经元的分布。对SD大鼠颈段的前角运动神经元的分布特征进行研究。结果在颈段的膨大处大鼠的前角运动神经元的核团可以分为三组:内侧组、外侧组和中央组。内侧组分为:前内侧核和后内侧核;外侧组分为:前外侧核、后外侧核和后外侧后核;中央组:前角前核。C1.0～C4.0前角运动神经元分为两个核团:前内侧核和前外侧核;C4段出现了前角前核;C5起始处出现了后内侧核;1/2 C5处又出现了前外侧核,后外侧核;1/2 C6处出现了后外侧后核;3/4 T1后外侧后核消失;1/4 T2前角前核和后外侧后核消失;1/2 T2后外侧核和后内侧核消失。结论大鼠脊髓颈段的前角运动神经元的分布具有明显的特征。
Aim To observe the neurons’distribution in anterior horn of SD rats’cervical spinal cord.Methods The cervical and T1,T2spinal cord of twelve SD rats were sectioned on the freezing microntome in 40μm thick.The transections were stained with Cresyl Violentand Pal-Weigert.The neurons’distribution in anterior horn of SD rats’cervical spinal cord were investigated with light microscope.Re-sults The nucleus of anterior horn could be classified into three groups：medial group,lateral group and intermedial group in the cervicalenlargement.The medial group was made up of anteromedial nucleus and posteromedial nucleus,the lateral group made up of anterolateralnucleus,posterolateral nucleus and retroposterolateral nucleus,and the intermedial group made up of anterior nucleus.In the C1.0～C4.0the motor neurons were divided into anteromedial nucleus and anterolateral nucleus.The anterior nucleus firstly appeared in C4 and di-minished in the 1/4 T2.The posteromedial nucleus firstly appeared in the beginning of C5 and diminishesd in the 1/2 T2.The anterolat-eral nucleus and posterolateral nucleus firstly appeared in the 1/2 C5.The retroposterolateral nucleus firstly appeared in the 1/2 C6 anddiminished markedly in the 1/4 T2.Conclusion The distribution of motor neurons of cervical spinal cord has obvious characters in therat.Abstract：
