摘要
目的观察硫酸镁和硝酸甘油联用治疗重度支气管哮喘的疗效。方法选择重度支气管哮喘患者80例,随机分为治疗组及对照组各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加硫酸镁5.0 g及硝酸甘油10 mg缓慢静注,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组48 h总有效率95.0%高于对照组75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加硫酸镁及硝酸甘油联用,可提高重度支气管哮喘的疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nitroglycerin in treatment for severe asthma.Methods Eighty cases with severe asthma were random divided into two groups.The control group（n=40） were treated with conventional therapy of western medicine.The intervention group（n=40） were treated with magnesium sulfate injection 5.0 g and nitroglycerin injection 10 mg infused introvenously in addition to conventional therapy,the treatment course was 3~5 days.Results The effective rate of contral group is 75%,the interventional group is 95%,compared with the control group they were significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion On the base of conventional therapy,magnesium sulfate combined with nitroglycerin can increase the effect for severe asthma.
