摘要
目的:观察低分子肝素钙加硫酸镁对慢性肺心病心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法:将92例慢性肺心病心力衰竭患者随机双盲法分为治疗组和对照组各46例,两组病人均给予吸氧、控制感染、止咳、平喘、改善心肺功能等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用低分子肝素钙和硫酸镁,14 d为一疗程,观察治疗前后血流变与临床表现的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率95.65%,明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:低分子肝素钙加硫酸镁治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭效果满意,是一种较理想的治疗方法。
Objective：To observe the low molecular heparin calcium and magnesium sulfate for chronic cor pulmonale,heart failure treatment effect.Methods：92 cases of chronic cor pulmonale,heart failure patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group the 46 cases,two groups are given oxygen cure,anti-infection,cough smoothing asthma improve heart function,the conventional treatment,the treatment group based on routine treatment combined with low molecular heparin calcium and magnesium sulfate,14 d for a period of treatment,observed before and after treatment with the change of the clinical manifestations of it.Results：The treatment group total effectiveness 95.65%,and it was better than control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Of low molecular heparin calcium and magnesium sulfate heart failure treatment of chronic cor pulmonale with satisfactory effect,it is a kind of ideal treatment.
