摘要
文章将三市的房价情况作为研究对象,用理论和实际的资料数据以及计量方法来探讨鉴定,通过深入分析房地产泡沫产生的原因,并以三市房地产市场为例进行实证研究。针对三市房地产市场的发展特点,提出有效防范泡沫、保持房地产市场持续健康发展的措施。文章将为关心这一问题的政府部门、理论界、实业界以及投资大众提供一个有用的参考,对全国房地产市场的后续发展具有一定的指导价值和现实意义。
The paper attempts to study the real estate house price of Beijing, Xi ~an and Hohhot based on the theoretical and realistic data and advances the effective measures of taking strict precautions against bubbles by further putting forward the development feature of real estate, keeping the real estate sustained, rapid and sound development. The paper also provides an useful reference for government academia, industrialist and the masses. It is meaningful and valuable for future development of real estate in our country.
