增强UV-B辐射对烤烟幼苗生长及生理特性的影响 被引量:4

Effects of intensified ultraviolet-B radiation on growth and physiological characteristics of flue-cured tobacco

摘要 为研究UV-B对烤烟生长和生理代谢的影响,为生产优质烟叶提供参考依据,通过盆栽试验,采用3个不同UV-B辐射强度对烤烟幼苗进行辐射处理,以UV-B辐射处理7d后幼苗的新鲜叶片测定各项生理指标。结果表明:烤烟幼苗干物质随着UV-B辐射强度的增加而降低;高UV-B辐射使叶片中色素含量降低,叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量低于对照,类胡萝卜素含量受UV-B增加的影响相对较小;丙二醛含量在高UV-B辐射下含量明显增高;脯氨酸、类黄酮等紫外线吸收物质含量随着UV-B辐射强度的增加而增加。 Pot experiments were conducted to study effects of different UV-B radiation on growth and physiological index of flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L. K326) seedling. Results showed that intensified UV-B radiation reduced dry weight, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and total chlorophyll content. Slight effect was pbserved on carotenoid content intensified UV-B radiation had significant effect on malondialdehyde. The content of proline and flavonoid, as natural osmotic substance in tobacco leaves were also increased with intensified UV-B radiation.
