摘要
目前我国尚未建立有效的会展场馆运营绩效体系。在克服会展场馆大小不一、业务多样、运营方式复杂等带来的难以评价的问题方面,平衡计分卡模型具有很大的应用价值。为更好地应用平衡计分卡模型,应充分考虑会展场馆的服务业属性,以客户维度为核心层,以内部经营维度为保障层,以学习与成长维度为资源层,以财务维度为效果层,从而构建会展场馆运营绩效体系,为会展场馆的运营评价提供借鉴和参考。
An effective operation system of the exhibition venue has yet to be established. A modal of balance-scored card can he applied to overcome the evaluation difficulties in different sizes of exhibition venues, diversity of businesses and eonplicated ways of operation. To achieve a better effect, service attributes should be eomidered in relation to customers as the service center,internal management as the guarantee, learning and development as the resource, finance as the effect.
