摘要
目的调查分析妇科围手术期预防性抗菌药物的使用情况,提供合理应用抗菌药物的参数。方法查阅2005年1月-2010年12月妇科符合围手术期要求的538份病历进行回顾性研究。结果妇科围手术期患者抗菌药物的总使用率为94.05%,联合用药的比例占总病例数的90.52%,使用抗菌药物用于预防术后感染的时间,超过抗菌药物临床应用指导原则规定的占38.66%,预防性使用抗菌药物不合理的病例占58.92%。结论围手术期抗菌药物的使用存在不合理现象,应加强抗菌药物应用的管理,规范围手术期抗菌药物的使用原则。
OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the application of prophylactic antimicrobial in gynecologic operation patients and provide rational parameters of antimicrobial application.METHODS A total of 538 gynecologic patients records from JAN 2005 to DEC 2010 in our hospital were studied retrospectively.RESULTS During the perioperative period in gynecologic patients,94.05% received prophylactic antibiotics,90.52% received combined therapy,to prevent bacterial infection,the duration of postoperative antibiotics of 38.66%（208 cases） patients was longer than the accouting of Guiding principles for clinical application of antibiotics,and totally 58.92% prophylactic usage of antibiotics was unreasonable.CONCLUSION There are problems in prophylactic antibacterial usage,It is necessary to strength and standardize the management of antimicrobial.
