摘要
进入21世纪以来,发展中国家企业跨国并购的迅猛发展改变了世界并购格局。从世界经济的宏观视角看,影响发展中国家企业跨国并购的因素主要有经济全球化的牵引作用,世界经济周期的助推与制约,全球产业结构调整为发展中国家企业的"优势产业扩张"与垄断优势的获取提供了机遇,世界经济中的不确定因素带来的冲击,非传统安全壁垒对并购的阻滞。因此,只有充分预估与周全应对这些外部影响,发展中国家的企业在跨国并购中才能实现更好地发展。
The rapid development of Multinational MA in developing country has changed world′s MA layout.From the macro perceptive,the main factors influencing multinational MA in developing country have the traction role of economic globalization and the promotion and restriction of economic cycle.Globle industial structure readjustment provides opportunity for developing country′s ＂ advanced industrial expansion＂ and obtainment of monopoly advantage.Therefore,only fully first estimate and reply these exterior effect,can enterprise of developing country better realize development.
