摘要
苏州市为解决境内水污染问题,实施了"引江济太"方案;即用优质长江水稀释劣质太湖水的方法,确保苏州市的供水安全,最大限度地改善河网水质,提高水资源承载力,为苏州市经济社会的可持续发展提供可靠的水资源保障。但是,方案要取得成功,一定要研究长江水资源现状和水污染趋势,并用战略眼光和有力措施加以解决。否则,苏州市的和谐发展将会因饮用水水质的恶化而止步不前。
To solve the water pollution in Suzhou City, its government carries out a ＂Tai Purify＇＂ plan whioh will use high quality Changjiang water to purge the Tai Lake. This plan will ensure the safety of water supply, great improve the water quality of river network and the capacity of water storage of Tai Lake, and provide a reliable water resource for Suzhou＇s sustainable development. But before this plan successes, we must know the state of Changjiang and the tendency of its pollution, and solve the problem with both strategic foresight and potent way. Otherwise, Suzhou＇s harmonious development will cease because of deteriorated drinking water.
