摘要
以盾叶薯蓣为原料,研究了从皂苷酸解液中提取鼠李糖的工艺。通过正交实验确定了脱色最佳工艺为:活性炭加入量为1.5%,脱色时间为40min,脱色温度为70℃,酸解液pH为2。在酵母加入量2%,温度36℃的条件下,发酵5h能除去葡萄糖,获得鼠李糖,得率为1.5%。且实验排放水符合国家标准,对提高经济价值、降低皂素工业污染有一定意义。
The technology of rhamnose extraction from dioscin hydrolyzation liquid was studied with Dioscorea zingiberensis C.H.Wright as the raw material.The rhamnose was successful obtained through a set of methods as crushing,dioscin extraction,acid hydrolysis,neutralization,decolorization and fermentation.Optimized process by orthogonal experiments was obtained for the best decolor conditions as active carbon addition at 1.5%,40min of decolor time,70℃ of decolor temperature,pH of hydrolyzation liquid at 2.With the conditions of 2% yeast addition and temperature of 36℃,glucose can be removed through 5h fermentation,obtained rhamnose with a yield of 1.5%.Experimental discharge water conforms to national standards,had a certain sense to improve economic value and reduce saponin industrial pollution.
