几种杀菌剂对平菇生长的影响

摘要 测定了4种杀菌剂对平菇菌丝生长的毒力作用及其对出菇时间、出菇量的影响,研究结果表明:甲基硫菌灵对平菇菌丝生长的抑制作用最强,其次为大生M-45和百菌清,多菌灵的抑制作用最弱,EC50为12.4947mg/L。甲基硫菌灵用量在0.14%以下,与多菌灵对照和无污染的空白对照的出菇时间均为74d,其它参试杀菌剂均使出菇推迟。参试药剂均使平菇产量降低,累计出菇量低于空白对照,其中大生M-45在推荐用量下的出菇量高于对照药剂多菌灵。 The toxicity and effection of fruiting time and yield of four fungicides on Pleurotus ostreatus were studied, the results showed that the order of the inhibitory to Pleurotus ostreatus growth was Thiophanate · Methyl 〉 Dithane M - 45 〉 Chlorothaloni 〉 Carbendazim. the fruiting time of Thiophanate · Methyl at the content below 0.14% was 74 days, same as CK1 and CK,but short than that of the othe fungcides. The yield of Pleurotus ostreatus were decreased by using of fungicides, which was lower than that of CK. The yield by using of DithaneM -45 was high than that of CK1.
