摘要
高校网络舆论引导是一个新命题,也是新形势下高校宣传思想工作值得深入研究的重大课题,这不单是实践问题,还涉及一系列认识和观念问题。高校网络舆论引导的难点在于容易处于不易控制状态、网络舆论引导的规律难以把握。我们可以从主体阵地的培养,用主流的声音引导舆论;重点加强高校网络舆论引导议程设置;掌握消除网络负面舆论的技巧;完善机制,适时合理配音;增强师生的社会责任、法制、道德意识,以负责任的态度参与网络舆论等方面打开高校网络舆论引导的瓶颈,破解高校网络舆论引导的难题。
In the new situation, Internet public opinion is a major concern for ideological publicity in colleges and uni- versifies. The problem of Intemet public opinion guidance in colleges and universities lies in the fact that it is hard to control public opinion effectively and hard to grasp its guiding law. The countermeasures for this problem may include： fostering the correct ideological front, setting up some agendas for Interact public opinion guidance, learning some tech- niques to delete the negative Interact public opinion, perfecting the guiding system, promoting the social, legal and moral responsibility of teachers and students.
