摘要 目的探讨急性白血病化疗合并真菌感染的因素及其病原学特点。方法对2006年1月至2010年1月104例急性白血病住院患者化疗后合并真菌感染的部位、感染率、相关危险因素、病原学特点等进行回顾性分析。结果 104例急性白血病患者在住院期间有41例并发真菌感染(39.4%);感染部位主要为口腔感染(51.2%),以白色念珠菌感染最为常见(53.7%)。结论急性白血病患者化疗期间真菌感染发生率高,应加强抗真菌感染的预防性治疗。 Objective To study the factors and pathogenic characteristics of complicating fungal infections during chemotherapy in acute leukemia. Methods 104 inpatients with acute leukemia from January 2006 to January 2010 were complicated by fungal infection after chemotherapy. The site of infection,infection rate, related risk factors and pathogenic characteristics were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 104 inpatients with acute leukemia,41 cases were complicated by fungal infection (39. 4%). The infection sites were primarily oral infections (51. 2 %). Candida albieans infection was most common (53.7%). Conclusion The incidence of fungal infection in the patients with acute leukemia is high during chemotherapy. The antifungal prophylaxis treatment should be strengthened.
