摘要
以北京市属高校为分析范本,论述了招生计划在高等教育发展中5个方面的主要作用,即:实现国家宏观调控,把握高等教育发展节奏,保证高等教育健康协调发展;实现高等教育资源合理配置,满足人民群众接受高等教育需求和经济社会发展需要;促进高等教育结构调整,构建现代化高等教育体系;促进高校不断进行学科专业结构调整,提高办学质量;对高校毕业生就业工作具有先导作用。
Taking universities owned by the municipal government of Beijing for example, this paper discusses the 5 main functions of admission scheme in the development of higher education. That is, it can realize national micro control to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of higher education ; it can realize the reasonable resource allocation of higher education to meet the needs of peoples receiving higher education and the development of economy and society ; it can promote the structure adjustment of higher education to build modern higher education system; it can promote the discipline and specialty structure adjustment of higher education to improve the education quality; it can guide the graduate employment.
