摘要
科学发展观是我们党在发展理论上的重大创新,对高等教育发展具有重要的指导作用。在高校贯彻落实科学发展观,第一要义是发展,同时要把握好发展节奏,坚持学校以育人为本,以学生为主体,以教师为主体,充分体现发展的全面性、协调性和可持续性,使科学发展观落实到学校发展和发展的各项工作中去。
The concept of scientific development as an innovation of Chinese Communist Party can be applied in higher education. The application of scientific development gives priority to development and meanwhile maintains good rhythm of development and people-training orientation, with teaching-motivated and student-centered tenet. It is important to take all factors of development into consideration to gain a harmonious and sustainable development.
