摘要
为了使气象部门充分利用3G手机进行气象信息服务,对3G手机气象服务中经常采用的短信(彩信)、WAP、手机网站和手机软件4种方式,从交互性、传送及时性、视音频等方面进行了比较,并就当前手机信息推送方法的2种技术:短信推送和长连接进行了分析,结合公共气象服务的今后发展趋势,说明发送气象预警信息采用3G手机软件进行及时性传输是比较可行的。
In order to make full use of 3G mobile phone to carry out meteorological information services by meteorological department, SMS (MMS), wap, mobile web sites and mobile software often used in the meteorological information services of 3G mobile phones are compared in interactivity, transmision timeliness and audio, etc. The two technology message delivery ways among the current methods of cell phone information propelling and long-term connection are analyzed. In combination with developmenting trend of public meteorological service in the future, the authors declare that the timely transmision of the meteorological warning information by 3G mobile phone is feasible.
