摘要
氟苯尼考又称氟甲砜霉素,是甲砜霉素的单氟衍生物。氟苯尼考由于具有抗菌谱广,吸收快,体内分布广,半衰期长,有效血药浓度时间长,无潜在的致再生障碍性贫血作用,也无致畸、致癌和致突变等缺点,而享有"最新一代兽药明星"的美誉,在兽医临床上发挥着重要作用。随着现代药学技术的进步,氟苯尼考的多种新制剂也相继被报道,文章综述了分别采用包合技术、固体分散技术、脂质体制备技术和自微乳化技术等制备的氟苯尼考新制剂,以期能为研发氟苯尼考高效、长效、速效的新制剂及其在兽医临床合理应用提供参考。
Florfenicol is a synthetic, fluorinated analogue of chloramphenicol which lacks chloramphenieol＇s associated human health risk, besides with the features of broad spectrum antibacterial effect, rapid absorption, wide distribution in vivo, and extended half-life. Florfenicol is an antibiotic approved for veterinary use,and plays an important role in veterinary clinical application. With the development of modern pharmaceutic technologies, a series of new preparations of Florfenicol were reported. This article reviewed them with the aim of supplying guidelines for new preparations and veterinary clinical applications of Florfenicol.
