摘要
考试是对学生能力和技能的测试,是课程建设与教学改革的有机环节,也是人才培养目标实现程度检验的重要标准。在对传统考核方式弊端分析的基础上,旨在探索一套重过程、重技能、开放式的办公自动化考核模式,从考试细则、考核方式、题库建立等多个方面展开了论述,同时还提出了实施过程中的注意事项。通过该考核模式的建立,以期达到以考促教、以考促学、提高学生职业能力的目的。
The examination is to test students' abilities and skills,is the organic part of the curriculum construction and teaching reform,also is an important criterion for testing the realization of training objective.In this paper,basing on the analysis of the drawbacks of traditional assessment methods,the author explores an open office automation assessment model focusing on the process and skills,discussed from the examination rules,assessment methods,and exam establishment,but also proposed the considerations during the implementation process.Through the establishment of the assessment model,in order to achieve the objective of promoting the teaching and learning with test,improving the students' professional competence to enhance students' professional competence.
