摘要
比较了激光熔覆﹑氩弧焊熔覆和焊条电弧焊熔覆在试样热变形量﹑熔覆层几何特征﹑熔覆效率和设备投资方面的差异。结果表明:这三种工艺各有优缺点,从而有不同的应用领域。本文还指出了导致上述差异的重要原因。
The difference at thermal deformation of specimen、geometry of cladding layer、cladding efficiency and equipment investment is compared.The results show that these three technique have merits and drawbacks repectively,and each technique has its application area.The important reason resulting in above difference is also pointed out in this paper.
