摘要 分别采用激光熔覆与粉末火焰喷焊两种技术在45钢基体表面制备Ni60+20%WC合金涂层,比较其组织结构和性能。结果表明:激光熔覆涂层无缺陷、成品率高、组织细密均匀、晶粒细小、耐磨性能好、与基体结合为成分缓慢过渡的冶金结合。 Ni60+WC clad layers on the 45 steel substrate were produced by l aser cladding and flame spray-welding,respectively. The comparison of microstruc ture and performance was carried out. The results show that the layer produced b y laser cladding has fine microstructure and wear resistance. Additionally, the laser cladding process offers other advantages, such as good quality,little heat affecting zone and good adhesion.
