摘要
目的探讨输尿管镜下应用气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法对2008-03～2010-12间,收治的76例输尿管结石患者行气压弹道碎石术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组76例输尿管结石中,73例治疗成功,成功率96.1%。手术时间16～104 min,平均45 min。术中出血量5.0～80 mL,平均22 mL。70例获得随访2～6个月,平均4.3个月。未发生结石残留、输尿管狭窄及尿道狭窄。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石,创伤小、安全、可靠、排石率高,是治疗输尿管结石的有效方法。
Objective To study clinical effect of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteric calculi.Methods 76 cases of ureteric calculi in patients,who were adopted Pneumatic lithotripsy,from March 2008 to December 2010,were analyzed retrospectively.Results 73 cases were treated success,the success rate was 96.1%.Operative time was 16~104 min,the average was 45 min,Operative blood loss volume was 5.0~80 mL,the average volume was 22 mL.70 cases were followed up for 2 to 6 months,an average of 4.3 months,No residual stones,no ureteral stenosis and urethral stricture.Conclusion Ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy with invasive,safe,reliable,high row of stone,might be an effective method for ureteric calculi.
