摘要 提出了一种基于图像处理技术的蚕丝被外观质量均匀度检测方法。研究了蚕丝被薄厚均匀度与透光率的关系,以蚕丝被透光率为基础,检测蚕丝被外观质量薄厚均匀度,通过对所拍摄的图片进行处理和分析,剔除背景光照不均匀度影响,提取蚕丝被图像统计特征,然后进行分类实现蚕丝被外观质量中均匀度的检测。 A detecting method of the homogeneous degree of the fill for silk quilt based on image processing is developed.The relationship between the homogeneous degree of the fill for silk quilt and transmittance are discussed.By the processing and analyzing of silk quilt images captured by camera.Reducing illumination effects on images,the homogeneous degree of the fill for silk quilt can be determined by analyzing the gray statistical parameters of images.
