摘要
在钢卷尺自动检定系统中,图像二值化是误差检测的前提,由于标准钢卷尺图像受材料和环境影响较大,目前常用的方法都不能有效地对不同质量的图像实现自动的二值化。根据Berns-en算法原理,提出了一种改进模板和垂直线滤波结合的二值化方法。实验结果表明,此方法二值化效果好,对于非均匀光照的钢卷尺图像有良好的适应性。
Image binarizing process is the prerequisite of error measurement in automatic testing system for steel tape.Because standard steel tape image is greatly influenced by material and environmental factor,images in different quality can not be binarized automaticaly by common method.An improved image binarization method based on Bernsen algorithm is presented.It is proved that the result is satisfactory,and has good adaptability to steel tape picture with nonuniform illumination.
