摘要
职业倦怠是图书馆员常见的问题之一,图书馆应引入企业活力管理理论,以人为本,通过改善图书馆工作环境,营造和谐快乐的工作氛围,建设开放认同的图书馆文化,构建学习型图书馆,来克服图书馆员的职业倦怠问题。
It is usually said that job burnout is one of the most obvious problems among some librarians,and to solve this problem,vigor management which gives priority to people should be introduced from some enterprises.Specific speaking,we can solve the problem through some humanist measures,such as improving the working environment,establishing more harmonious working atmosphere,creating open library culture,founding the learning-functioned library.
