摘要 介绍了应用ANSYS软件对常用的啮合型同向旋转双螺杆挤出机挤压加工过程进行计算机模拟分析的方法、过程和主要结论;同时介绍了其他常用流体软件对双螺杆挤出机模拟分析的应用情况。分析表明:用ANSYS软件可以对双螺杆挤出机的螺纹流道、捏合块进行压力场、速度场、流量及回流、剪切速率、剪应力和混合效果等计算机模拟分析分,析结果与实验结果基本一致。 The computer simulation method,process and main conclusions during extrusion process of commonly used inter-meshing co-rotating twin-screw extruder by ANSYS software were introduced,and the applications of other common fluid analysis software on twin-screw extruder computer simulation were also introduced.The results show that: the ANSYS software can stimulate and analyze the pressure field,velocity field,flow and reflux,shear rate and shear stress and mixed effects on screw flow and kneading blocks of the twin-screw extruder,and then the analysis results are basically the same as experimental results.
