摘要
分析了自升式钻井平台在锁紧状态下桩腿锁紧齿条的受力情况,分别通过理论分析和ANSYS软件模拟得到了锁紧齿条各个齿牙的载荷分布规律,同时对单个齿牙不同部位的应力情况进行分析对比,结果显示理论结果和仿真结果是一致的。
This paper studys the loads on lock-rack of self-elevating mobile offshore drilling platform when the platform is locked , By using theory analysis and the finite element method, the distribution of load on the lock-rack tooth is found . And then the paper also studys the stress of different position on the lock-rack tooth , the position where the stress is maximal is found. By comparing the results of theory and the simulation ,the result is believable.
