桩腿位移量在线监测系统在海上某平台的首次应用

摘要 中海油海上石油平台是从事海上油气勘探开发作业的大型钢架结构体,桩腿插入大海的海底泥面以下,桩腿站立在海床上。桩腿在使用过程中,长年持续不断地受到高腐蚀、高浸泡,风载荷、冰载荷、波浪载荷、海洋流载荷、甲板设备载荷等综合作用,导致桩腿在平衡位置附近循环震荡、晃动,从而产生随时间变化的各方向的应变量、应力、剪切力等综合受力,导致桩腿很容易产生疲劳、形变、松动、裂纹,并产生一定的损伤,严重威胁钻井平台的安全。采用高精度、高性能、高可靠性的桩腿位移量在线监测系统,对桩腿位移量、角度量的运行状态进行实时在线监测,及时发现故障并进行针对性的预防,为海上石油钻井平台持续安全和持续生产保驾护航。 Cnooc offshore oil platform is a large steel frame structure engaged in offshore oil and gas exploration and development operations.The pile legs are inserted below the seabed mud surface of the sea,and the pile legs stand on the seabed.In the process of use,the pile leg is continuously subjected to high corrosion,high salt spray,wind load,ice load,wave load,ocean current load,deck equipment load and other comprehensive effects for a long time,resulting in cyclic oscillation and shaking near the equilibrium position of the pile leg,resulting in comprehensive forces such as stress,shear force and stress in all directions that change with time.The pile leg is prone to fatigue,deformation,loosening,crack and certain damage,which seriously threatens the safety of drilling platform.The online monitoring system of leg displacement with high precision,high performance and high reliability is adopted to carry out real-time online monitoring of the operating state of leg displacement and Angle,timely detect faults and take targeted preventive measures,so as to protect the continuous safety and continuous production of offshore oil drilling platforms.
