摘要 采用LED列阵辐照植物,获取叶绿素荧光参数。MINIPAM荧光仪输出调制脉冲式荧光作为检测手段,LED列阵使用可编程电源为其提供恒流输出驱动,用以激发叶绿素产生荧光,以此对植物稳态荧光、光适应下最大荧光进行检测,配合环境因子测控系统的温度、CO2浓度、空气湿度、光合有效辐射等数据,综合分析环境因素对实际量子效率、实际电子传递速率等参数的影响。荧光仪使用串口通信程序传递数据,从而实现实时在线监控。实验结果表明,与传统的试验方法相比,该方法具有精度高、检测速度快及应用范围广等优点,具有广泛应用前景。 This system was designed by using LED array to irradiate plant for obtaining chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.MINIPAM fluorescence analyzer as output modulation to produce pulsed fluorescence was used,and programmable power supply provided constant current output drive for LED array to stimulate chlorophyll to produce fluorescence,to detect the steady-state fluorescence and maximum fluorescence in optical adaptive.Cooperated with environmental factors of temperature,CO2 concentration,air humidity,photosynthetic available radiation,the influence of environment factors on the actual quantum efficiency,actual electronic transfer rate and other parameters were analyzed.With serial communication program on fluorescence analyzed,it could realize real-time data transfer and online monitoring.Compared with the traditional test methods,the experimental results showed that the design is high precision,detection-speedy and wide range of application,which will have more wider application prospect.
