辣根素原油对原木及木质包装现场熏蒸的效果 被引量:1

Fumigation Trials on the Application of Allyl Isothiocyanate to Raw Wood and Wooden Packages in Tent and Container

摘要 为了评估辣根素在实际检疫熏蒸应用中的潜力,以原木与木质托盘为熏蒸对象,小蠹、赤拟谷盗、玉米象为试虫,在环境均温35℃下分别进行了帐幕熏蒸与集装箱熏蒸。结果表明,当辣根素原油使用剂量达到9.02 mL/m3(8.90 g/m3)时,集装箱熏蒸中的试虫赤拟谷盗、玉米象的死亡率均为100.0%;而帐幕熏蒸中辣根素对赤拟谷盗与小蠹杀灭效果差异较大,赤拟谷盗在货堆上、中、下不同位置死亡率依次为94.3%、82.9%、46.8%,不同层间差异极显著;小蠹死亡率则依次为100.0%、95.7%、90.7%,不同层间差异不显著,比同层对赤拟谷盗的杀灭效果均好。 Fumigation trials taking bark beetle,Tribolum castaneum and sitophilus zea-mais as target insects were conducted for evaluating the potential application of allyl isothiocyanate(AITC) on raw wood and wooden packages in the tent and container respectively.Liquid AITC was applied at the dose of 9.02 mL/m3(8.90 g/m3)against Tribolium castaneum and Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky in the container with the wooden packages and the dose of 9.02 mL/m3 against the bark beetle in the tent with raw wood at 35℃.The results showed that at the dose of 8.90 g/m3,the mortality of T.castaneum and S.zeamais were 100.0% in the container with the wooden packages after 24 h of exposure.However,at the same dose in tent,the mortality of T.castaneum in the different location of raw wood stockpile(top,middle,and bottom) were 94.3%,82.9%,46.8%,and the bark beetle 100.0%,95.7%,90.7% respectively.There was significant difference among the survival rate of T.castaneum but no significant difference among the bark beetle at different location of raw wood stockpile.
