摘要
在10℃下,利用三角瓶密闭熏蒸法研究了辣根素对赤拟谷盗、谷蠹和长角扁谷盗成虫的熏蒸作用。结果表明,辣根素对三种仓储害虫成虫均具有较强的熏蒸活性。其中,辣根素Ⅱ的熏蒸效果更好,剂量达到5.797μL/L时,处理48 h后,赤拟谷盗校正死亡率达到100%;剂量达到1.449μL/L时,处理48 h后,谷蠹校正死亡率达到100%;剂量达到0.725μL/L时,处理24 h后,长角扁谷盗校正死亡率达到100%。
At 10 ℃, it assessed the fumigation toxicity of AITC against the adults of Tribolium castaneum Herbst, Rhizopertha dominica Fabricius and Cryptolestes pusillus Schonher by fumigation method in air- tight triangle bottle. The results showed that AITC had significant fumigant toxicity against the adults of the stored--grain insects. The efficacy of AITCII was better, at 5. 797, 1. 449 μL/L, the corrected mortality rate of Tribolium castaneum Herbst, Rhizopertha dominica Fabricius was 100 % respectively after 48 hours; at 0. 725 μL/L, the corrected mortality rate of Cryptolestes pusillus Schonher was 100% after 24 hours.
