摘要
在谐波治理中,加装无源滤波器能够降低谐波含量,提高电能质量.但滤波器组投入运行时的谐振支路会吸引可能存在的外界负荷的谐波电流成分,使治理用户的负荷电流包含外界谐波电流.这种情况不仅会造成对用户治理无效的误判,也可能使滤波器组过载而损坏.仿真分析了中频炉存在外界谐波污染源干扰时的运行工况,并且应用谐波源定位方法评估外界谐波源的注入,为谐波治理方案的制定提供了依据.
In the harmonic treatment,the installation of passive filters can reduce the harmonic content and improve power quality.The operating resonance circuit of filters can not distinguish whether the harmonic current is from user or external load and attracting all of them,probably causing misjudgment of invalid treatment and damage of filters.By simulation and analysis of the running condition of the intermediate frequency furnace in case of outside harmonic pollution sources,then using the harmonic source orientation method to evaluate the injection of external harmonic source for the harmonic treatment programs provide a basis for the development.
