摘要
提出了规划网架的配电网可靠性分析算法。假设规划网架的负荷均匀分布,分支线长度均等化,使到网架数据的存储量小,计算速度快。在考虑容量约束的转供条件下,把配电网馈线分为主干段、主干段连接件、分支线和配变四部分,对各部分故障引起的可靠性指标变化进行分析,建立一种适用于规划网架的可靠性快速评估算法。该算法给出了馈线可靠性计算公式以及流程图。算例选取5回馈线进行测试,计算结果和故障后果分析法的结果误差在4%之内,证明了该算法的快速性和有效性。
This paper proposes a distribution network reliability analysis algorithm for planning grid. Assuming that the load is distributed evenly and each branch line's length is equivalent, the data storage becomes easy and the computing speed is quicker. With considering the load transfer capacity constraint of the feeder, the distribution feeder is divided into four sections: the trunk section, the connection of trunk section, the branch line and distribution transformer. The paper analyzes the change of reliability index caused by each section fault, and then establishes a reliability fast assessment algorithm for planning grid. The algorithm gives the reliability formulas and the flow chart of the feeder. This paper selects five circuit feeders as an example. The calculation result is contrasted with the failure consequences analysis results, and the error is less than 4%. It proves that the algorithm has correctness and effectiveness.
