纤维堆囊菌的次级代谢产物及其活性研究概况 被引量:2

摘要 目的对纤维堆囊菌次级代谢产物及其生物活性进行综述。方法以国内外发表的文献为依据,根据代谢产物的结构类型对1977~2009年间已发表的纤维堆囊菌的次级代谢产物及其生物活性进行综述。结果纤维堆囊菌(Sorangium cellu-losum)能产生大量结构新颖、生物活性多样的次级代谢产物,部分已在临床上得到应用。结论在我国开展纤维堆囊菌活性代谢产物的研究具有巨大的潜力。
