摘要
目的总结Mammotome在乳腺外科诊断和治疗中的经验。方法收集本院2006年1月至2010年12月对临床乳腺肿瘤行Mammotome的手术病例,统计分析临床资料。结果 Mammotome在乳腺肿瘤患者中能够彻底切除直径1cm的肿瘤,尤其在不能触诊的乳腺肿块中诊断治疗作用较为明显;Mammotome手术创伤小,恢复快。结论 Mammotome有较高的临床使用价值,应加强在乳腺外科的普及,能更好造福乳腺疾病患者。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of Mammotome in breast disease.Methods Totally 862 patients were identified by clinical examination and ultrasonic method.Excision or biopsy of the lesions were peformed using 8G,11G-Mammotome probe under ultrasonic guidance.Results Mammotome system is accurate and successful for excisional biopsy of nonpalpable suspiciouse breast lesions,especially suitable for less than 1cm in size.Conclusions Mammotome should be routinely applied in the treatment of patients with breast lesions.
